Enjoy a quick and effortless return or exchange experience with Gold Nova! To return/exchange your product, please email us: support@goldnova.com requesting a return. Make sure you have your Order Number and shipping Zip Code handy.

Returns/Exchanges can only be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds (If Applicable)

We ask for your patience in allowing us 5-10 business days to process your return request from the day it is received back at our facility. Once your return is received and passes inspection, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method. A processing fee of $5.99 will be deducted for domestic orders, and $19.95 for international orders.

If you received a free gift with your purchase and your return results in a reduction of the order value below the required minimum, the free gift must be returned. If it is not returned, a $25 deduction will be made from your refund amount.
